7. Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of our card games and their components, PLY HUB does not generally accept returns or refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or personal preference.
An exchange may be available if the product arrives damaged, contains missing components, has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or an issue occurred due to an error on our side.
Issues must generally be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with the required photos/videos and order information.
