We currently offer delivery across Egypt.

- Orders are processed and dispatched during our regular working days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
- You will receive your order using the contact details provided at checkout, so please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate.
📦 Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, our team will process and prepare it for shipping. Orders are usually dispatched promptly after confirmation.
Please note that Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are not counted as working days.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Governorate / City
- Area / District
- Street name and building number
- Apartment / floor number, if applicable
- Any helpful delivery instructions
PLY HUB is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery information provided by the customer.
📞 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Please make sure your phone is available during the delivery period.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in an additional delivery fee.
🚚 Delays & Unexpected Circumstances
While we aim to deliver every order within 3–5 working days, unexpected circumstances such as extreme weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will do our best to keep you informed and assist you.
🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your order should arrive safely and exactly as expected. If your package arrives damaged, opened, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product so our team can review the issue and assist you.
